Possessed and Curse LP news and info
Ritual Productions are preparing to release a double whammy of Ramesses collectibles on wax. This news comes hot on the heels of the announcement that they will be supporting EyeHateGod in August.
The acclaimed album, Take the Curse will be released on 180 gram black vinyl, silver foiled gatefold packaging and will include an A2 full colour poster and 12inch shaped sticker insert. The release will also include a bonus 7inch with 2 unreleased live tracks from Roadburn 2011. Bonus tracks are ‘Take the Curse’ and ‘Terrasaw’.
This will be followed closely by the extra special vinyl version of Possessed By The Rise Of Magik which features remixes by Justin Broadrick (Godflesh/Jesu/Greymachine/

His remixes enhance the audio with his uniquely dark and affecting musical perspective whilst maintaining the true essence of the original recordings. The way remixes should be. All in all, supremely magik. Do we really need to say both Ritual Productions and Ramesses are extremely pleased with the result? Possessed… will also be released as a deluxe red foiled gatefold and there are 800 copies of 180 gram black vinyl and 200 copies of 180 gram clear red vinyl.
Both records will be unleashed on vinyl in June.
The first 75 orders for each record through Ritual website will also receive: one Ritual Productions/RamSS black tote bag plus one set of three foil vinyl stickers.

Ramesses ‘Chrome Pineal’ release date, tracklisting and cover unveiled!
Ritual Productions will be releasing our first LP on May 16th 2011!! Chrome Pineal is a mind expanding alchemic experiment that towers majestically amongst Ramesses’ catalogue. This is the missing link in the band’s evolution into Possessed by The Rise of Magik, the second full length Ramesses release this year! The 12” features three brand new studio recordings and three live tracks, recorded in 2007, Denmark as well as brilliant artwork by the French surrealist Clovis Trouille.

Although it looks like Ritual Productions hibernated for the winter, lots of hard work has been accomplished.
Firstly the masters for RITE006 have landed! We proudly announce that we will be handling CD and Digital Download releases for the highly anticipated second full length studio recording from Bong, titled ‘Beyond Ancient Space’. ’Beyond Ancient Space’ delivers three exclusive tracks with about 1 hour 20 minutes of heavy trippy drone from Newcastle’s finest. Just finishing the final art details so please check here for a release date announcement very soon!
Ramesses have also been keeping busy, tying the last loose ends for the releases of Chrome Pineal (LP EP and Digital Download), as well as their third full length ‘Possessed by the Rise of Magik’. Further exciting Ramesses announcements to be made in the coming weeks! Paris and Helsinki Ramesses gig dates added, as well as Newcastle dates for Bong.
